About Us
Delore Quality Home was founded on the belief that every individual with autism and developmental disabilities deserves access to compassionate, family-oriented care designed to support their unique journey toward independence and fulfillment. Our story began in 2015, inspired by a decade of experience in developmental disability services and a commitment to integrate individuals into their communities with dignity and respect.

At Delore, our mission is to provide person-centered support that empowers individuals with autism and developmental disabilities to live meaningful lives within their communities. We believe in making a lasting impact—helping each person achieve their goals, nurture their strengths, and feel a true sense of belonging every step of the way.
Delore specializes in personalized care and temporary staffing solutions for agencies serving people with autism and developmental challenges across the Greater Toronto Area and beyond. Our dedicated team includes professionals such as Personal Support Workers, Developmental Service Workers, Social Service Workers, Child and Youth Workers, Registered Practical Nurses, and Registered Nurses. We provide a range of supports, including: Daily living assistance (personal care, hygiene, meal preparation) Housekeeping and laundry Appointment and medication management Caregiver relief and family support Integration and community participation initiatives

Led by Executive Director Emmanuel Oludare—a seasoned professional in developmental services and autism support—our team draws on specialized training, hands-on experience, and a passion for advocacy to ensure each client is given the tools and encouragement needed to flourish.
